Hi ,

Is there any article or a Documentation where i can download an excel of list of plugins for ITSM Pro, SAM&HAM pro , ITOM vibility and IRM?

No. Because there are way too many. You can check on the sys_store_app table in your instance to see what's there. But what's the use case? Why are these needed in excel?

Hi @KoushikP5756284 ,

You can try this for filtering to get the installed plugins by your team, but manual intervention is needed for validating it. .

Log in to your ServiceNow instance as an administrator.
In the Application Navigator, type sys_plugin.list and press Enter.
Filter the list to find relevant plugins:
- Set the filter Active =true AND
- Search by updated by contains '@<your company domain> e.g '@abc.com>
- There are column 'subscription category', 'subscription model' and 'subscription requirement' . You can check whether this field helping you to determine the subscription.
Export the list:
- Right-click any column header.
- Select Export > Excel (.xlsx) or CSV

Then manually validate.

Also from Application manager -> you can filter by product family AND obtained as installed for subscription checking select PAID, here you can only view the installed component.

Validate your result using two approach.. hope it will help at some extent.
