question ServiceNow Hi Portal sign in error in Community Central forum

When I go to the ServiceNow support site and click on "sign in" I get the attached error message. I have gotten this in chrome and in edge browsers but it only happens once in a while. I thought perhaps it was our group policy doing this but when it started happening in chrome it can't be as we don't push any policies to chrome only edge.

Any ideas?

try to reach out to your other partner admin and see if you have been restricted from the now portal.

I don't have any partner admins and I am able to get to the HI portal if I use the other browser. If it happens in chrome then edge usually works and vise versa. I have never gotten it in both browsers at the same time and like I said it happens only once in a while. Once I do find a way in I don't have any restrictions
