      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://www.servicenow.com/community/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/948401"&gt;@sourabhmotghare&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;These issue was reported earlier for PDI.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Navigate to&amp;nbsp; &lt;STRONG&gt;Plugins&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;and look for &lt;STRONG&gt;ServiceNow Studio&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the plugin is Installed, then R&lt;STRONG&gt;epair&lt;/STRONG&gt; the plugin—&amp;gt;Hope it will fix your issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If not,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try with your incognito/private browser. if it does not work (&lt;STRONG&gt;even after repair plugin )&lt;/STRONG&gt;,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;you &lt;STRONG&gt;release the instance&lt;/STRONG&gt; and &lt;STRONG&gt;request for fresh Australia release PDI.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Try these:-&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. Try to access studio via direct URL - /now/studio or /studio&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. Check Required Plugins&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. Clear Cache - run in navigator:- cache.do&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4. Check that you have required roles to access ServiceNow Studio&lt;/P&gt;</description>
