    <description>&lt;P&gt;We are currently on the Zurich release, and have enabled the Next Experience AI, and we are seeing that the Global dropdown in the Search bar is no longer available. The only option users are seeing is Search Service Operations Workspace. How can I get the Global option back on the Search bar&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The global search is enabled and is true. I check both of those.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I saw somewhere that if you have enabled the Next Experience the Enable Global Text Search yes/no is ignored. Not sure if that is true or not&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Does it happen to more users?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I found&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://www.servicenow.com/community/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/15123"&gt;@Diogo Ramos&lt;/a&gt;'s reply &lt;A href="https://www.servicenow.com/community/architect-forum/how-to-configure-a-new-global-search-for-a-workspace/m-p/3076353/highlight/true#M6192" target="_self"&gt;HERE&lt;/A&gt;, check if it can bring some light into the issue.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Are you able to find this record&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;nav_to.do?uri=sys_ux_page_property.do?sys_id=33922957c7b32010099a308dc7c26072&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;It should have the value&amp;nbsp;c861cea2c7022010099a308dc7c26041 which is a search app config record.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you're missing something, probably just import them from a pdi or something&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;UX properties are properties of ui builder built experiences. The navigation header + filter app list ui is an experience. This property will pass the search app config to the experience which is like the search settings for the app. So with that property value you are saying that when you are in the /now/nav/ui route the default search is zing search from these tables etc. The props give more granular control over the search than what was possible with ui16.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You probably have ai search enabled so you might now want to check out the Ai search for next experience application in the navigator, it has a guided setup so that you can get your searches configured properly for next exp.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
