    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi everyone!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm new to ServiceNow Virtual Agent and need some help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I need to create use cases for multilingual capability in VA chatbot — basically how the VA can respond in a user's preferred language (e.g., Spanish).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My questions:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. Does ServiceNow VA support multilingual / NLU out of the box?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. How do we configure the VA to detect and respond in the user's native language?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3.
