I am changing my organization, so I want to transfer all my certificate achievements and courses completed to my personal mail ID. How can i do that

Hi @Rajesha Hati,

Refer this article - Merging my email (accounts),transfer certifications, badges to new email - ServiceNow University.

I would suggest you, merge your current account with your personal mail id (which shouldn't be register before with ServiceNow). After joining new organization merge your personal mail id with your new organization mail id. I have also followed the same.

I will suggest you to take Now learning support help within servicenow university instead of doing it on your own.

I lost one of my mainline cert during this company change ,so I always come up with this suggestion
