Hi All,

We have an error on outbound state of provider instance while establishing connection between provider and consumer instance. The error is from subflow Repair RPS Consumer Connection as per the below image. Has any of you experienced the same ?

Note: Provider instance is on version 1.x.x and Consumer instance is on 2.x.x.

@shravani191 Please refer to this troubleshooting document https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB1190036 and see if it addresses your issue. In case if it doesn't then try raising a case with ServiceNow support.

Whatever I do, I keep getting an error on Outbound Queue states.

Error: Unable to load connection with alias ID: sysid
