How to create a Lead Record Summary similar to OOTB Quote Summary?

Hi Team,

I want to create a Lead record summary similar to the existing Quote Summary available in ServiceNow out-of-the-box functionality.

My requirement is to have the Lead record display a summary in a similar format/layout as the Quote Summary. I would like to understand the process, configuration steps, and best approach to achieve this.

Could anyone please help with the following?

Is this possible using OOTB configuration only, or does it require customization?
Which components/features are used behind the Quote Summary?
How can I replicate the same kind of summary for the Lead table/record?
Are there any recommended best practices or limitations I should consider?

I am attaching an image of the existing Quote Summary for reference so it is easier to understand the requirement.

Any guidance, documentation references, or implementation steps would be very helpful.
