Can't proceed with the training

Hi Everyone,

I am doing the ServiceNow training and there a task shown on the screenshot below. I have successfully completed the task but the system will not accept it and such I cannot proceed with my training. I am wondering if anyone have encountered this issue and if so, how do I pass it and continue with my training.

Hi @EjikeC

Make sure you have completed the task by impersonating "Platform User"

The validation is usually pretty accurate with these user preference settings. Show the User Preference screen for this training instance while impersonating 'Platform User' in the Display and Accessibility sections.

Hi Mega,

I did exactly what is on the video, but it would not work for me. The validation fails. May something is wrong with the lab instance assigned to me. See the screenshots below.

If you are using the instance provisioned by this training course, you will have a user to impersonate named "Platform User" not some other random one you choose to impersonate like "Alfred Pennyworth". This is what the task validation is looking for specifically.

Hi Brad,

Thanks so much it worked, I impersonated the user "Platform User" and it worked fine.
