Validate the steps again specifically highlighted one.

Open CI Class Manager: Navigate to Configuration > CI Class Manager in your ServiceNow instance.
Create New Class:

Class Name: Mongoose Web Server

Table Name: u_cmdb_ci_mongoose_web_server

Extends: Web Server (Ensure you do NOT extend Hardware directly; it must be a child of Web Server).

Icon: Select the standard Web Server icon.

Extensible: Check the Extensible box to allow further inheritance if needed (often required for validation success).

Set Identification Rule:

Rule Name: Mongoose Web Server rule.

Dependent: Set this to True (indicates it relies on a host relationship).

Identifier Entries: Use the following attributes from the main table:

Class

Running process command

Constraints: Set Allow null attributes and Allow fallback to parent's rule to False.

Confirm Relationships: Ensure the class has a preconfigured Runs on relationship to Hardware
