I also faced the same situation. It took almost one day for my PDI to come back online. Around 2–3 weeks ago, my PDI also went offline, but by evening it automatically came back online. Maybe it’s a ServiceNow glitch or some other temporary issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My colleague’s PDI also went offline 2 days ago, and it became online again after some time.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So just wait for a while.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If this helps you then mark it as helpful and accept as solution.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Aditya&lt;/P&gt;</description>
