      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am trying to enrol into this course on ServiceNow University: Public Sector Digital Services (PSDS) Essentials (Zurich)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The content is now showing at all in order for me to enrol.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I found a similar question in the forum (&lt;A href="https://www.servicenow.com/community/training-and-certifications/ondemand-course-content-is-not-showing/m-p/2830776#M16377)" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://www.servicenow.com/community/training-and-certifications/ondemand-course-content-is-not-showing/m-p/2830776#M16377)&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but they do not explain how they solved the issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you tell how I can open a case? a link for example? I have never opened a case before&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;O.S&lt;/P&gt;</description>
