Where can I view my Learning Points in ServiceNow University?

Hi Everyone,

I would like to know where I can view the total Learning Points that I have earned in ServiceNow University / Now Learning.

Specifically, I am looking for the points that can be used toward training purchases or training-related activities. I can see my completed courses and badges, but I am unable to find where these points are displayed.

Could anyone please let me know where I can find them and the navigation path to access this information?

Hi @ajaydas,

You can view the Learning Points that you have earned from completing courses, certification, etc via ServiceNow University >> My Learning and the banner image will display your total. For example:

The "points" that can be used towards training purchases are called Learning Credits and these are not earned. Rather, they are purchased by a company and their employees (with approval) can use them to pay for in-person courses or taking certifications.

Log in to your ServiceNow University portal.
Navigate to the top navigation header and select My Learning menu/tab.
The resulting Learning Dashboard houses your profile, achievements, gamification elements, and current learning points tally
