We’d like an open‑source or affordable platform that unifies all channels, does real‑time translation (&amp;gt;10 languages), and includes basic AI automation for FAQs (order status, returns). Compliance monitoring (automated disclosures, audit trails) would be a big plus. Tried Chatwoot – good for unification, but translation and compliance are DIY. Any other suggestions?
