as per task done the changes still getting issue could you please tell any mistake I have done and let me know if anything needed

ahoy @KannababuP2026,

I don't remember the exact requirements, but your data visualisation (report) has a full stop in the name "Incident by priority.", shouldn't it perhaps be "Incident by priority"? Without the "." in the end..

You can try this or as the validation message mention saving it, you might want to add a dot, save it, remove the dot, save it again and then try to validate it... to "enforce" the saving by doing a slight change and then revert it back which gives you chance to save it.

Another thing what you can do is to review the Carrie's [Assessment Task Notes] Welcome to ServiceNow Micro-Cert: Create a Dashboard and Add a Visualization

you are at 75 % so if you still cannot make it validated, you are good to complete at 80 % so skip this for now and try to complete the following steps. As you actually did most likely the job, just the validation fails for unknown reason...

Hi @KannababuP2026

Validate both the Configuration and Details panels to ensure that the name/title has been updated in both locations.
Also, verify that the visualization has been added to the dashboard created at the beginning of the task, and make sure to click Save after making the changes.
