    <description>&lt;P&gt;User who is also contributer of knowledge article has same access and roles in Production and Development. but he is able to edit published knowledge article in development and unable to edit published knowledge articles in production.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;checked acls, brs, ui policies and user criteria but do not understand why he is able to edit published articles in development&lt;/P&gt;</description>
