Trying to get Credy Badge for CSA

I've successfully passed my CSA last week and I am trying to get my Credly badge. I am trying to contact the support, but I am getting this nonsense.

I followed the instructions, but the Credly email never arrived:

What happens on the Credly platform once I opt in?

Once you opt in, you’ll receive an email from Credly (admin@credly.com) with instructions on how to claim your badge. Claiming your badge is quick and easy, allowing you to start sharing your achievement with the world.

How to accept and manage your digital badge:

Open the email from Credly.
Click the "Accept Badge" button.
Create a free account or log in to Credly with your existing account if available.
Start sharing your badge with your professional network!

I feel a bit scammed and disappointed, so I am hoping for a resolution here...

Your certificate has already been issued to you; therefore, there is no need to be disappointed over this minor matter.

Go to preference & settings from your profile and ensure you have Opt In for Credly in ServiceNow University
