PDI Created - but not showing in menu (DEV280352)

I got a PDI 2 days ago, but of course I forgot to note the admin password. I thought "Oh well, I'll use the pw reset feature", but the phone number isn't correct.

I cannot see any option to manage the instance in my user profile or on the Now Dashboard, so right now, it's stuck in a limbo, where I have build tables, but I cannot continue working on them because I cannot log in.

Any hints on how to fix this?

Hi @AsbjørnL

Go to the ServiceNow Developer Site(https://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do#!/manage-instance) and log in.
Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner.
click on Manage My Instance Button.
Click on eye icon besides current password to check the password
If that password does not work ,then only from Action (Gear icon)-> Reset the instance password

Unfortunately, I have no option for "Manage my instance", so maybe it was not tied correctly to my account when created?

When logging in and then trying to access the link you provided, I unfortunately is met with this:

So, it seems I'm completely locked out. Maybe the best thing to do is wait until the instance is revoked and then request a new?

Using Action dropdown , Change the user role to ADmin.

Hello @AsbjørnL , you can login with the same registered email address where you received your account details. In fact you should be able to see your admin password. It should work.

I cannot access the "Manage my instance" at all, that is the issue. From there I know I'd be able to find the admin password, but the "Manage my Instance" option is not available to me.

In that case , Release the instance and request for new Instance. I guess , you won't be able to do that as well.

There is no Support Available for PDI.

Hi @Jim Poisson (Sorry for tagging you) : Could you please help him. At least to release the instance ,so that @AsbjørnL - can request for new PDI instance.

Unfortunately, I do not have access to manage or administer PDIs. You may want to open a case if you need help resolving the issue.

As per Jim's confirmation , raise a case with Nowlearning support in Servicenow University , request them to Release the instance from your developer portal and give Admin access.

PDIs are not a ServiceNow University function, you need to log the case with Now Support.
