    <description>&lt;P class=""&gt;Dear ServiceNow Developer Support Team,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I hope you are doing well.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have been on the &lt;STRONG&gt;Personal Developer Instance (PDI) waitlist for the past one week&lt;/STRONG&gt;, and I have not yet been assigned a PDI. I am currently learning ServiceNow and need a developer instance to continue my hands-on practice and projects.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Additionally, I am &lt;STRONG&gt;unable to raise a support ticket&lt;/STRONG&gt; because the ticket submission page is not working on my account. Since I cannot report the issue through the normal support process, I am reaching out here for assistance.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could you please:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Assign a Personal Developer Instance (PDI) to my account as soon as possible.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Help resolve the issue preventing me from creating a support ticket.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would greatly appreciate your support.
