Hello @AbhijeetP573852 , Since this instance is scheduled to be released automatically, please back up your customizations as soon as possible. ServiceNow instances follow a specific lifecycle; if an unrecoverable issue occurs during routine maintenance, the instance is released.

Please save your backups now and request a new instance.

Hi @AbhijeetP573852,

The email means your current Personal Developer Instance (PDI) is being retired because ServiceNow has identified technical issues with it. Please save your work (such as update sets or exported applications), then release the instance through the Developer Portal and request a new PDI.

This is a normal maintenance process, and your new instance should be available shortly after requesting it.

Regards,
@ANIL_A_S

Hello @AbhijeetP573852 , Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do in this regard. In fact, there is no support available for PDI issues like this. I have noticed in the past that a PDI can go offline and never come back online, causing users to lose their customizations. At least you have time to back up your customizations and request a new instance.
