Micro-Certification – Welcome to ServiceNow (Zurich): Unable to launch new lab instance

Hello,

I am taking the Micro-Certification – Welcome to ServiceNow (Zurich).

My Assessment Simulator Task 3 lab instance has been terminated. The page shows:

- Instance Status: Terminated
- Extensions remaining: 1
- Instances remaining: 0

However, the "Request Lab Instance" button is disabled, so I cannot use my remaining extension or launch a new instance.

Could you please reset my lab instance or enable my remaining extension so I can continue the assessment?

In Servicenow University -

You are likely allowed a maximum of 2 running instances across all courses.
Terminate Other Instances: Go to your Now Learning Dashboard and terminate any active lab instances for other courses that you are not actively focusing on to free up the slot

Once done, You open your required course and can see, Request Instance has been enabled.

If you are unable to find the courses where you requested lab instance,

Raise a case with Now Learning Support in Servicenow University. They will help you.
