Exam vouchers eligibility

I completed my ServiceNow CSA learning path on April 30, 2026; however, I have not yet received the exam voucher. Could someone please assist me with this issue?

ahoy @SKaran,

there are no more vouchers as of November 2025 when the legacy exam system was replaced by Pearson VUE. After that transition, no more vouchers are received upon exam completion.

Also, having voucher back then only made you eligible but it didn't mean it was for free. Voucher was a key to the door but opening the door is a subject of payment for the exam, that's the same before and after that transition from November 2025...

You will not like to hear it but to sit the exam you will need to pay 300 USD + taxes. Unless you completed instructor-led training, then one exam attempt is included and not paid OR you work for an organisation that is ServiceNow's partner and they can provide you learning credits but it must be communicated with a corresponding rpresentative, each company has one at least.

Unfortunately that voucher facility is not longer available . You need to pay exam fees with tax .

Hi @SKaran

There no voucher concept anymore.

Note: if it is discount coupon(voucher in that sense) provided by your organization (Servicenow Partner company), Talk to your organization.

As of late 2025, ServiceNow has replaced the Webassessor platform with Pearson Vue and removed the traditional voucher system, rendering old or unused vouchers invalid.

Exam registration is now handled directly through Now Learning/Servicenow University, where you have to pay $300 + taxes, with exam eligibility valid for 90 days after completing training.
