I'm new here to the service now community. I just need guidance to actually how to earn community points in this service now platform ? and how i can contribute myself to this service now community ?

Are you talking about the ranks like Giga Contributor etc?

its about looking at what people are asking and contributing, having comments marked as helpful or the right answer.

I found I take a few moments a week to look at what people are asking and doing on the community pages and seeing if it is something that I have also attempted and if I have something that either help them along or if a posting has something that I think would benefit my team that I can build on.

put ideas out there, see what people have to offer. everything helps.
