Custom variable editor not visible on scoped application

I have created a custom app via app engine studio. Within the app there are 2 custom tables created - Finance Case (extending service_case table) and Finance Task (extending service_task table).

NOTE: ServiceCase and Service Task are child tables of TASK.

Now, using a record producer we are creating a finance case and from flow we have the finance task created.

I created UI formatters for both Finance Case and Finance Task tables, the variables are visible in Finance Case record, but not on the Finance Task record.

But this is a requirement, please let me know if any solution we have for this scenario.

Stumbled into same issue, I initally created the formatter in the same scope as the custom table and it didn't work. I deactivated that and created exact same formatter record in global scope, added new formatter to the form view the and it worked. Hopefully this will work for you as well.
