Developer portal not loading

After supplying my credentials the Developer portal will not open and keeps "loading".

Tryed the following:

1. Cleared cache

2.Switched to differnt browser

3. Rebooted

Still can not login to Developer portal. Any advice...or should I create a ticket?

I'm encountering the same issue. endless loading screen in the developer portal site or offline PDI

Since Today morning ( approx 7:30 AM IST), few community members reported the same.

Wait for some time. at some certain interval Refresh the instance from developer portal.

Do not worry. It would be work fine again.

Hello @Andy van Steijn ,

I started seeing the same behavior today. As soon as I open my PDI, it stays on the Loading screen.

I'd recommend waiting 30–60 minutes and trying again. If it's still stuck after 2–3 hours, raise an issue through the Developer Portal Support, as the instance may require intervention from the ServiceNow team.

It looks like this is a known issue. Could you try logging in using a mobile device and check whether it works? If it still doesn't work, we may need to wait for some time. There is no official support for this issue, so it is difficult to say exactly what is causing it or when it will be resolved. At this stage, patience may be the best option while waiting for a fix.
