&lt;P&gt;As you might know, there is no support available for PDIs from ServiceNow perspective, hence you're limited to two options:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Wait - it should come online after some time&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;When you get tired of waiting, release the instance and request a fresh installation. Notice, if you perform this, then all work that you haven't backed up will be lost for good.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Don't get me wrong, though posting your question here won't do anything. We all cannot do anything for you. We can only mention what Atul already mentioned: there is&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;no&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;support for PDIs, this is already for a while, nothing new,&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;thousands&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;of similar posts have been made.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Only thing you can do:&lt;BR /&gt;1) Wait and hope your PDI gets back alive&lt;BR /&gt;- OR -&lt;BR /&gt;2) Request a new PDI&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Be aware, PDIs can always suddenly (&lt;U&gt;and without any notice&lt;/U&gt;) drop. So always backup your work.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;I do wonder though, why posting this here? Since as mentioned, this is nothing new, this is already for a while (more than a year). Understanding such, might help for the Community team to catching these questions and preventing them from being raised. Since again: we all can't do anything for you!&lt;/P&gt;
