Getting emails but no subscriptions

Hi guys! The ServiceNow support page just sends me to a loop of "not authorized" so I seem to have no choice but to hope someone from SN actually looks here...

I am getting daily ServiceNow Community emails but I am *not subscribed to anything*. I want them to stop, but there is nothing in my profile that I can disable to stop them from coming!

Hi @epimeth

Subscriptions let you get email updates whenever new content appears in an area of the community that you're interested in. You can subscribe to a board, a blog post, an idea exchange, or any other location in the community. You can also subscribe to a specific post.

To subscribe a piece of content:

Go to the item you want to subscribe to.
To subscribe to a location, click (Location) Options > Subscribe.
To subscribe to a specific post, go to the post and click (Post) Options > Subscribe

To view and manage your subscriptions:

Go to My Settings > Subscriptions & Notifications.
Click My Subscriptions to see a list of the items you've subscribed to.
You can click a subscription to go to the item.
To delete a subscription, click the check box for the subscription and click Email Subscription Options > Delete Selected Subscriptions.

Hi @epimeth ,

If you don't want to receive any email from community follow below steps:

Go to My Settings > Personal > Email
Select checkbox "Don't send me any community emails"
Save

Also try below steps:

Go to My Settings > Subscriptions & Notifications > Notification Settings.
Select checkbox "Turn off all email notifications"

I don't want to "not receive emails".... I want to not receive emails related to things *I am not subscribed to*... currently in "My subscriptions" I only see this thread. Yet I get multiple daily emails saying "You are receiving this email because a new message matches your subscription to a board"... which I am *not subscribed to*...

Guys, please... I am getting inundated by emails I don't want and I have no way of contacting servicenow support!

Hi @epimeth ,
Please try this:

Go to your profile and click on "My Subscriptions"
Under "My Subscriptions" -> Notification Settings -> Turn of all email notification

Again. I do *not* want to disable notifications. I want to stop getting emails from some hidden subscription somewhere in the system! This is clearly a bug of some sort .

Again: The email says "You are receiving this because you are subscribed" but the *only* subscription I have is to *this thread*

This is a document about managing my users' subscriptions. I am looking to manage *my* subscriptions, but the page that is *supposed* to show me them is *blank* save for this thread.

People, PLEASE! Can someone contact *real* support on my behalf? This is absurd! I get daily emails for something *I am not subscribed to*. What if I was one of your clients?
