I’m a student currently trying to learn AI, LLMs, and AI Agents in ServiceNow, but I’m honestly a little confused about where to start and what learning path I should follow.

There are so many topics and resources available that I find myself getting confused every day about what to learn first, what to learn next, and what I can skip.

Could anyone please share a clear learning roadmap or useful resources for understanding AI, LLMs, and AI Agents specifically in the ServiceNow ecosystem?

I would really appreciate any guidance, resources, or advice from experienced ServiceNow professionals.
