Hi All,

Here i am using remote spoke with flow Designer while updating remote instance incident.

1.if the additional comments are updated in the source instance incident, the previously updated work notes are also posted again along with the additional comments in the Remote incident.

2.if the Work notes are updated in the source instance incident, the previously updated additional comments are also posted again along with the additional comments in the Remote incident.

please anyone help me.

Hi,

Most likely cause for this is that you have current.update() (BR, Script includes, Flow, Workflow etc) in the processing somewhere. Check that first .
