After migration I can see two accounts with this email &lt;A href="mailto:harishkm.servicenow@gmail.com" target="_blank"&gt;harishkm.servicenow@gmail.com&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. New account : &lt;A href="https://www.servicenow.com/community/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/776347" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.servicenow.com/community/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/776347&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. Original account : &lt;A href="https://www.servicenow.com/community/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/399714" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.servicenow.com/community/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/399714&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the login page takes me to new account, Please help to delete the new account and retain the old account so that I wont miss my achievements.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Kindly assist &lt;a href="https://www.servicenow.com/community/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/42005"&gt;@Dan Bruhn&lt;/a&gt; &lt;a href="https://www.servicenow.com/community/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/424839"&gt;@Sarah G_&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
