Unable to create servicenow PDI acount

Hello Servicenow Team,

I am trying to create a Servicenow PDI through Servicenow Deveoper portal Since a week, But i am unable to create instance.

Did you request for Brazil version instance.

If yes,

Try to request Australia PDI and then upgrade it to Brazil.

What is exact issue are you facing ?
