question RiseUp Program 2027:Incorrect reasoning for Rejection in Community Central forum

I was notified that ServiceNow had removed all existing applications for the 2027 cohorts and was advised to submit a new application as soon as possible, using the same email address if I had applied previously.

I followed those instructions and submitted a new application, but I'm now being told I cannot be accepted because "Applicant has participated in a previous program."

The confusing part is that I've never participated in any ServiceNow program. I've only been waitlisted in the past and have never actually been able to participate. So now I'm SOL for something that is completely not my fault.

Has anyone else run into this issue after resubmitting their application? If so, were you able to get it resolved, and did you find out what caused the rejection? I'd appreciate hearing about anyone else's experience or advice on how to resolve this.

Thanks!
