I have tried something, but it didn't work.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Can anybody please confirm if it's possible to implement visual indicators within Service Operations Workspace for all lists views (INC/SCTASK) of when a customer has updated the ticket.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Appreciate your help!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
