      <description>&lt;P&gt;That's internal ServiceNow documentation. You should reach out to ServiceNow Support for this documentation (if they even release it).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I don't know what outage you had (nothing on any of my clients), but on an outage cases are created and those sent through the normal notification process.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
