HAM Activity Log to track ALL record changes

Currently the Activity Log tracks changes in several fields. When I go to add more fields to that list of tracked fields (ALL of them, per request), I get the error: "Not allowing update of property: glide.ui.alm_asset_activity.fields".

I have the elevated roles: ais_high_security_admin and security_admin, neither of which lets me do that.

Hit me, folks. What obvious solution am I missing?

Please share the screenshot. Try adding few fields first. Parent field will not work

Here I am adding "Asset tag" to the list.

And here's the error.

I also individually tried Comments, Location, Serial Number, Stockroom, and Attachments.

How do I tell which fields are Parent fields?
I also tried to remove a field and got the same error.
