Post button under worknotes is not working on summary tab in major incident workbench

The requirement is working fine when I added some comments and work notes from the major incident side and click the post button, this adding the updates in the activities section as I have configured to capture all the fields in the activities using funnel icon. But I did the same thing on the major incident workbench side, the post button is not working, as it supposed to add worknotes and comments to the latest activities. Also, when I click the funnel icon there are no fields to select but the funnel icon is supposed to display all the available fields on the form. This should work out of the box as When I installed the major incident plugin in my PDI it's working as expected. I tried everything I know. Any help would be appreciated regarding to this issue. Hi @Rekha Jalle ,

if the comments or work notes field is made mandatory using policies or client scripts, the Post button is removed from the Activity Stream.

@Sumanth16 There are no UI policies or client script is not running. Thank you for checking.

Facing same issue in MIM, please let me know if you were able to solve this
