Can't reset a password to access Inkling library ebook.

I did some training in SNOW quite a few months ago. Now embarking on some more, I am attempting to sign in to access my Inkling e-book for this new on-demand course, and it won't send me a new password link when I use the 'forgot my password' option.

What else can I do to access my inkling library? I just keep going around in circles. I have even dug out my original welcome email, and none of that data works either as a USER ID or password...

Hi @Frewie ,

It's kind of very common issue as even i faced the same. I had to raise a Support case from nowlearning portal under Help section on the top , then support team helped me to reset the password.

Thank you for your answer. I faced the same issue, as I accessed my account only a few months ago and just raised a case. How long did it take until your case was answered? I'd appreciate an estimation!

I am also facing this same issue, one week back, I was able to access the ebook for the SNAF course, but now I am unable to access the ebook for SSFD. When I got my default password, I didn't changed. Now that the password is not working, I tried to reset the password by clicking forgot password, but the new link for resetting the password is not coming. i am not sure why. It is showing please contact your manager or administrator?

Hurrayy!!! My Password issue is resolved. I was able to troubleshoot myself. When I wondered about the password reset issue, surprisingly, I went through the ebook section under the nowlearning course, and I found the solution there. They mentioned that, if you are unable to login, click here to resend the welcome mail or login password respectively. You can click the link provided, and you will get a new email with a fresh password.

There is no way for me to request them to resend me the welcome mail via the course. I am checking the resources to see if I find anything.
