      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://www.servicenow.com/community/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/736976"&gt;@vishalrshin&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;It depends.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;The change given by the vendor is actually the solution to the Incidents ?&lt;BR /&gt;Or the change was not implemented in the proper way by which Incidents didn't resolve.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I believe it as a Unsuccessful change, because it was meant to resolve the Incidents which didn't.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Hope this helps.&lt;BR /&gt;Regards,&lt;BR /&gt;Najmuddin.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
