how to review an Email Template which has Email script before Sending an Email. or How do i get that Dynamic content in my Custom BODY Field.

@lokeshvyshnava2 Sure thing - the steps you would need to follow would be:

1. Apply the template to a notification

2. Preview the notification - the content you define in the body of the NOTIFICATION is what will go in the dynamic ${body} spot you have in your template

3. If you require any changes to the template, you have to go edit that in a new tab, then you can click the "Preview" button again on the notification to see your changes

4. Once you have these changes done, you can save them into your update set

@Community Alums Assume i am an Ops guy i don't have access on OOB table but still i want to Edit the template and send an Email.
Template will be constant.

@lokeshvyshnava2 I gotcha. Based on what you are describing then, I unfortunately don't think this is possible. The purpose of the email template is that is standardizes the look and feel of notifications. So the only way to edit them would be to change that configuration in the system using the "admin" role. If you are using the Email Client, you can send "custom" emails that contain whatever you want, but all system generated notifications cannot be edited before sending.

If you have a screenshots or more info, maybe that can help provide a better answer.
