My PDI showing the issue is "The instance is offline. Please check again in a few minutes"

My instance is dev247133.service-now.com

Please help me as soon as possible.

Hi @PRITESHF ,

As you might know, there is no support available from ServiceNow in relation to PDIs, hence you're limited to two options:

Wait, it should come online after some time.
When you get tired of waiting, release your instance and request a fresh installation. Please notice, that everything that is not back up will be lost.

ServiceNow performs sometimes some maintenances in their data centers and due to the fact that PDIs are there is no communication before. If you run in such a maintenance, you only can wait. Sometimes only some minutes, sometimes even some days.

I understand that developer instance is currently showing the message “The instance is offline. Please check again in a few minutes.”

This issue can happen from time to time, and it’s not specific to your instance. However, there is no broader outage at the moment.

I recommend waiting until it comes online again, which will likely be tomorrow.

Otherwise, if it will not open in somedays, Please release it and take a new one.
