    <description>&lt;DIV&gt;Hi Community,&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;I registered for the CSA exam in August, but it fell within the ServiceNow maintenance window and was automatically cancelled. Now, I’m trying to re-register through web assessor, but I keep encountering an issue that prevents me from completing the process.&amp;nbsp;On top of that, my voucher is still valid until January, so I really want to get this resolved soon.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Has anyone else experienced this or know the best way to fix it? &lt;P&gt;The best way is to raise Now Learning case.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Regarding your ID issue, mail to web_support@servicenow.com. they will fix your ID issue&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If you having a partner account, mail to partnernow@servicenow.com.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Also try to mail to&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;certification@servicenow.com (I'&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;m not sure if these mail is still being monitored, you can give it a try)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Ravi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for your response. I noticed that my Support ID was linked to my company account. So that issue is now resolved. However registering for the exam is still an issue. I will log a support issue to see if this resolves the issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
