MTTR Calculation Dashboard

Hello all

I'm trying to create a dashboard that can calculate the MTTR for Incidents, segregated by Priorities. I'm a little new to the platform, so I would appreciate some guidance in how to create it. I'm not sure what filters could help me get this without the need of exporting data and doing it through Excel.

To calculate the MTTR for incidents you need performance analytics, as you will calculate based on multiple tickets.
