The UI Macro it's using is&nbsp;com_glideapp_questionset_default_question_editor.&nbsp;</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>The variables show up within the Classic view, however when I try to load the same ticket in SOW, the page just keeps loading. Any suggestions on where I should investigate what's causing this to occur in SOW? The UI Formatter works just fine with Incident (both Classic view and SOW).</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>Any help is much appreciated.
