Consequently, ServiceNow feels it is important to outline&amp;nbsp;Behavioral Guidelines to ensure our community works in the best interest of all users. Instead, share what you know regarding ServiceNow products and find your niche in our community. Ensure the continual flow of information on the community by not linking to other sites.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

It enables you to start a private conversation with other community members for a higher chance of visibility in one place. Think of this resource as a quick alternative to email for two reasons: (1) You can read and send messages without leaving the community. (2) You don't have to know the other member's email address and you don't have to reveal yours. &lt;LI class="li1"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Disregard to copyrights or licenses&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI class="li1"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Inappropriate images in profile&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI class="li1"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Gaming the point leaderboard&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI class="li1"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Abuse to helpful, bookmarks, solutions or ranking features&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Everyone,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I need some guidance on representing Application components within the CMDB. For e.g, there is the PowerBI application, and there are reports within PowerBI. The Business wants to track some of these reports as Individual CI because they are critical.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What is the best practice for this. One option I can think of is to have PowerBI as Platform Host, and the reports as Platform Applications. Other option is to have a custom checkbox called 'Application component' and check this box for the reports ( Each report will be an separate CI).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Neither of the above options actually seem satisfactory. I tried to post in the RiseUp forum but I have been unable to. It keeps telling me that the forum is read-only.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello everyone.&amp;nbsp; I am very pleased to have been offered an opportunity to be on the team implementing ServiceNow at my company.&amp;nbsp; I understand ServiceNow is widely popular.&amp;nbsp; My company is brand new to ServiceNow.&amp;nbsp; We have dozens of applications used by various parts of my company.&amp;nbsp; Our senior management believes rebuilding that collection of systems within ServiceNow will produce benefits we cannot get any other way.&amp;nbsp; The systems we have are working ok.&amp;nbsp; The could be tailored to our operations in a manner that made our systems and or workflows more efficient.&amp;nbsp; Each system is made with different tools from different software makers.&amp;nbsp; All the systems can be improved with the software now running them.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Here is my question:&amp;nbsp; What benefits should we expect to gain by rebuilding our systems in ServiceNow?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
