Right from day one, I absorbed the fundamentals of consulting and the ins and outs of the ServiceNow platform. To be honest, I was a bit&nbsp;nervous&nbsp;at first&nbsp;-&nbsp;would anyone&nbsp;actually show&nbsp;up?
