Queries regarding SN Certification

Hi,

I am using Service now from 2015 in which I am the CMDB (HAM & SAM) caretaker in my company.
Have basic queries regarding certifications, Please help.

1. Do I need to take CSA Ceritifaction or can I directly take CIS - PA Ceritifaction ?
2. Since I take care of HAM & SAM Do I need to take CIS ITSM as overall or should I must take CIS - HAM & CIS - SAM ?& What is the prerequisite for to take up this exam? is CSA Mandatory?
3. For my profile which Certification holds good. Please help...

and check for implementation courses and their learning paths.

You have to complete any course that gives voucher for taking the exam.

for your profile, in my opinion having CSA, HAM&SAM certifications suits better. If you want to learn more on ITSM (Incident, Problem and Change etc) side of the platform, you can also complete CIS ITSM. that adds a good value to your profile.

Atul: You can take it PA directly, but CSA is good to go first, as by this you will learn about platform.

Atul: It depends what is your experience. GRC/ SecOps has a demand in market.

Your primary focus should be on CIS-HAM and CIS-SAM. Also nowlearning on-demand courses like CMDB fundamentals and CSDM fundamentals will be useful. As HAM, SAM and CMDB are all process-heavy areas, it'll be useful to go through process guides and other artifacts related to these topics available on Nowcreate.

HI @sunildshiva

First of all, CIS-PA is not linked with the SAM/HAM module.

You can take CIS - PA without CSA, But CSA is good to have before any certifications.

If you are good in HAM/SAM, try to give CSA and then CIS HAM/SAM.
