Setting up CI class owner for every CI class to improve data quality

Hello All,

We are trying to setup the CI class owner for eevry CI class in ServiceNow to improve data quality. for example, the product owner of windows squad will be the owner of all windows CIs. Which means they are the secondary owners responsible to ensure all the CIs receives appropriate owners and service details during provisioning. I'm confused which attribute is best to populate these owners via automation. Is there any OOB attribute? I know we can use Managed by group of DCIGs to populate these attributes. We don't have DCIGs yet. Is there any other way?
