Hi everyone, I am Prakash Hinduja, Swiss (Geneva)

I’m encountering a 'Script Execution Error' when running a Business Rule in ServiceNow. The script works fine in the development environment but throws an error in the production environment. Here's the error message: TypeError: Cannot read property 'x' of undefined.

Has anyone faced this before? Any tips on debugging or potential causes for this issue?"

Looks like the system property is not defined correctly in the process, which could be the reason for the error. It might also be due to the wrong scope.
