It supports any social media platform which has REST API support.

e.g Following are available OOB spokes available with integration hub plugins

You need to pay for using this spokes.

You can create your own REST based integrations with these social media platforms.

OOB Social media components supported by servicenow are Facebook and Twitter.We can communicate by using these channels if social profile captured on the case form.
