    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello everyone, so we just installed the skill determination plugin and we would like to automatically add a "Ambassador" skill on our cases if the contact is an ambassador without using a business rule. Is it possible to do this or if we need to configure something else. &lt;P&gt;No, I don't think it is possible to add directly, you can write something to set this on Case form.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
